Group scheduling is available for workplaces, schools, churches, organizations, and community groups. Course fees remain per participant.

Group booking details

  • Provide the requested course, participant count, preferred dates, and complete training address.
  • Class size follows current AHA course requirements, instructor-to-student ratios, available equipment, and Training Center policy.
  • A suitable training space and one primary booking contact are required.
  • The final course and travel quote must be approved before the booking is confirmed.

Mobile training travel fee

Starting at $60+

The final travel charge depends on the training location, distance, scheduling requirements, parking or tolls, and whether lodging or meals are required. Travel is not waived based on group size. All travel charges are provided and approved in writing before booking.

  • Family & Friends CPR does not result in an AHA Course Completion eCard.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before booking?

Is HeartCode BLS the same as the full classroom BLS course?

No. HeartCode BLS is a blended-learning option. The online portion must be completed before the instructor-led hands-on skills session. The Full BLS Provider Course and BLS Renewal Course are instructor-led classroom courses.

When will I receive my AHA eCard?

After successful completion of all course requirements, the applicable AHA Course Completion eCard will be emailed within 24 hours.

Does Family & Friends CPR include an AHA eCard?

No. Family & Friends CPR is a community education course and does not result in an AHA Course Completion eCard.

Can you train my workplace or community group?

Yes. Group and mobile training are available. The course, headcount, training location, preferred dates, equipment needs, and travel charge must be confirmed before booking.
